Terms of Use for MaxToGo
By using MaxToGo, you agree to the current terms of use.
Last updated: 2025-01-02
How MaxToGo Works
- MaxToGo is a platform that connects transport, moving, and service companies to streamline logistics, transportation, and task bookings.
- By registering and describing tasks on MaxToGo, companies gain the opportunity to sell and purchase services such as transport, moving, and logistics services, as well as manage unused resources to maximize capacity.
- When a task is published, other companies within the same network can either purchase it or place a bid, enabling a secure and efficient transfer of assignments.
- MaxToGo sends a confirmation email for every completed task transaction. Communication takes place directly between the user and the purchasing company.
- If users wish to remove a request or a published task from the platform, they can contact us at: info@max-togo.com.
Use of MaxToGo
- It is prohibited to falsely claim any affiliation with MaxToGo or our partners, either generally or to specific recipients.
- Unauthorized access to non-public areas of the platform or other users' information is not allowed.
- MaxToGo may not be used to spread malicious code or to retrieve hidden information from other users.
- Users must not interfere with others' ability to use the platform.
- Impersonating another individual or legal entity is strictly forbidden.
- If there is suspicion of misuse that violates these terms, MaxToGo reserves the right to suspend the account.
Responsibility and Relationship with Providers
- MaxToGo facilitates connections between users and providers and is not involved in the execution or the specifics of the offers made between the parties.
- The transport companies, moving companies, and service providers on MaxToGo operate independently, and we cannot guarantee that all providers will contact users with offers.
- Using MaxToGo is at your own risk, and MaxToGo accepts no responsibility for the execution or quality of agreements. However, we only collaborate with serious and reliable entities.
- MaxToGo works with selected and independent companies. We do not guarantee that the offers provided are the best or cheapest on the market.
- MaxToGo accepts no liability for force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, import restrictions, or other unforeseen events that may impact our platform.
- MaxToGo is not responsible for taxes or fees associated with the use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to MaxToGo belong to MaxToGo and may not be used commercially without written approval.

You can file a complaint by sending an email to us, including your contact details, a description of the issue, and any relevant images or documentation. Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid including EXIF data containing GPS location information. Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the site.
Privacy Policy / GDPR
- By using MaxToGo, you consent to the processing of your personal data to display map tiles, geocode addresses, and calculate and display directions.
- You agree that your personal information provided via map API calls may be processed by the API provider to geocode (convert addresses to coordinates), reverse geocode, and generate directions.
- Certain visual components of WP Go Maps use third-party libraries loaded over the network. These currently include libraries such as Google Maps, Open Street Map, jQuery DataTables, and FontAwesome. When resources are loaded over a network, the third-party server will receive your IP address and user agent string, among other data. Refer to the privacy policies of each library for details on how data is used and your rights under GDPR regulations.
- WP Go Maps uses jQuery DataTables to display sortable, searchable tables, such as the Advanced Marker Listing and Map Edit pages. Under certain circumstances, jQuery DataTables may use a cookie to save and recall the “state” of a given table — including search terms, the sorted column, order, and current page. This data is stored locally and retained until manually cleared. None of the libraries used by WP Go Maps transmit this information.
- For Google's terms and privacy policy, see here. We do not send personally identifiable information or data uniquely identifying your device to the API provider.
- If this notice appears instead of a map, a cookie will store your consent if you accept it, ensuring you will not be prompted again.
